This includes pre-authorization, claim filing, parts ordering, direct billing where available, and appeals on borderline or denied claims. Mobile RV Pro is authorized with Wholesale Warranties, Good Sam, Cornerstone, National General, RV Care, Forest River CornerStone, and most major RV extended warranty providers. Most dealerships charge an administrative fee for warranty coordination — Mobile RV Pro does not. Certified technicians, written documentation included with every claim.
Most RV owners with extended warranties never use them because the claim process is opaque and time-consuming. Mobile RV Pro handles the full process on the customer's behalf.
Have your extended warranty contract ready before scheduling — we will need the policy number, the warranty provider, and ideally a copy of the coverage schedule. Most claims are pre-authorized within 1–3 business days. Emergency repairs can sometimes be authorized retroactively, but pre-authorization is always preferred.
Mobile RV Pro is authorized with all major RV extended warranty providers. If your provider is not listed, call us — most providers work with any certified RV service center, even without a formal dealer relationship.
Mobile RV Pro does not charge for warranty coordination. The only out-of-pocket cost on a covered repair is your contract deductible plus any non-covered items. Most dealerships charge an administrative fee on top of the deductible — we do not.

If your extended warranty does not cover the repair you need, Mobile RV Pro will tell you before any work is scheduled and quote the out-of-pocket cost separately. Customers commonly use the warranty coordination for some repairs and pay out-of-pocket for non-covered items — both happen in the same visit at no extra charge.
Mobile RV Pro technicians are certified, background-checked, and carry full liability insurance. The company is licensed and insured to perform RV repair across Utah and Texas. If a technician damages any component while performing a hired repair, Mobile RV Pro covers the replacement 100% — both parts and labor.
